Your customer service is NIL: the chatbot Remi is not fit for purpose, keeps asking how it can help but doesn't actually help; your AI on the phone service sounds very human but again of no use when it is a question about verification (keeps asking for transaction number); your X/Twitter account keeps repeating that the account is not yours but thrn ask for a DM; no responses to DM; finally NO HUMAN INTERFACE !! Why is that? This is simply unacceptable because you are a financial institution and I'm unable to speak to anyone about source of income verification. Very poor service
I was scammed out of $200 after calling DoorDash customer service on X platform, where I was assured I would receive my refund through this app. When I contacted your customer service to cancel the transaction, I was told it was too late because the payment had already been processed, and I was denied my refund. No representative from DoorDash will assist me in recovering my money.

Sending money is seems to be harder than earning it. It was struggle at each stage of the process.
The most annoying one was 'Mark' your AI chatbot. And your live agent wasn't too far from Mark either.

I had a very disappointing experience with the service. My funds have not been delivered, and the support team is unable to provide any assistance. They consistently claim the money has been sent, but the recipient's bank states it has not been deposited and is still with the source. Every time I contact them, I receive incorrect information. I have lost a significant amount of money.
My mother attempted to send me money for my rent, but my bank account was closed, and I failed to inform her, which was my mistake. The app indicates that the money has been delivered, yet it is not visible in my bank account. I visited my bank to see if there were any issues, but they confirmed that nothing was being rejected and they hadn't received any notification of a transfer. Reaching out to the support team about this problem has been frustrating due to the limited customer service options and slow response times.
This platform used to be excellent, but now it has become completely ineffective for sending money. In the past, I could easily send funds online to my country, but now that's no longer possible, which is very frustrating... I felt it was important to share my experience since I used to highly recommend this service and truly enjoyed it. Unfortunately, with all the recent changes, it has become quite disappointing. Nonetheless, I appreciate the good years I had.

I made a transfer to my family who urgently needed funds for a hospital bill on the 29th. Since then, it has been stuck in processing despite my efforts to verify my information. The money still hasn't reached my relative. When I reach out to support, they only tell me that the funds are somewhere in limbo and will be delivered, but nothing changes. What if a tragedy occurs due to this delay? I also noticed they initiated a refund, stating it was processed, but I have yet to see that money either.
I had a very disappointing experience with the service. The chat support is terrible, with no responses and everything seems to be AI-generated. Once you reply, they disappear and leave you hanging. I cannot recommend this app at all. The phone support is ineffective as well. I’ve been using it out of desperation, and attempts to update my phone have been futile. Overall, a terrible experience with no assistance or communication from them.
