Your customer service is NIL: the chatbot Remi is not fit for purpose, keeps asking how it can help but doesn't actually help; your AI on the phone service sounds very human but again of no use when it is a question about verification (keeps asking for transaction number); your X/Twitter account keeps repeating that the account is not yours but thrn ask for a DM; no responses to DM; finally NO HUMAN INTERFACE !! Why is that? This is simply unacceptable because you are a financial institution and I'm unable to speak to anyone about source of income verification. Very poor service
