I wish I had paid attention to the negative reviews prior to booking my flight tickets with this service. Many users have reported similar issues, claiming they were denied the tickets they had already paid for. If it were possible, I would rate them with zero stars. I booked and paid for my flights, only to find out that the tickets were no longer available. We requested a cancellation of our booking since the tickets we contracted for were unavailable. However, I have received four calls from the travel agent pressuring us to change our dates and pay extra for different flights. Now, we must wait 48 hours for the cancellation, leaving us without tickets for our holiday. I will never choose this provider again and advise others to avoid them when using travel comparison platforms. The appropriate action would have been to send a cancellation email immediately instead of bombarding me with repeated calls to alter my travel plans.
