I made this booking for my son online, paid with a credit card, got a confirmation number. Then they called 3 times and tried to extract over £200 more for the booked flights!

They advertised a price on a flights comparison site, took the details and credit card info and then called an hour later to say that the flights were not available. Tried to change dates and airlines. Price was increased. I had a hard time communicating that I did not want to proceed with them.

However, I have received four calls from the travel agent pressuring us to change our dates and pay extra for different flights. Now, we must wait 48 hours for the cancellation, leaving us without tickets for our holiday. I will never choose this provider again and advise others to avoid them when using travel comparison platforms. The appropriate action would have been to send a cancellation email immediately instead of bombarding me with repeated calls to alter my travel plans.

After paying in full for my ticket, they failed to issue it and then requested additional payment beyond what I had already settled. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam.
