I ordered a printer some time ago and received the completely wrong model—an outdated 2016 version that was nothing like what I requested. I paid nearly 200 dollars for it. When I reached out for help, they asked for a picture of the shipping label. I sent it, but I've heard nothing back in over a year. The printer I received is far from the quality I expected. I've had success with other items from them, but this printer was a letdown. Hence, I give it 2 stars.
