As an Army Soldier, I had a terrible experience ordering directly from this seller. They charged me for expedited shipping even though the product didn't qualify, which was the first red flag. You had to open a tab to see that the battery wasn't eligible for express shipping. They took my money but provided poor customer service through their platform. I later discovered that shipping was cheaper and faster through another site. They refused to price match after their delays and other issues. Buyers should be cautious!
