Honestly, I would give zero stars if I could. After placing my order, I started reading others' reviews and realized I might not receive tracking info or my order at all. I tried to remain optimistic because I heard good things about the quality. However, I received no tracking numbers, and when I did, they were for something unrelated. It was supposed to arrive yesterday, but it never did. I just want customer service to issue a full refund. This service feels like a scam, and I won't trust them again.
