I placed an order for over 300€ more than 2 weeks ago, and the shipping status hasn’t changed since then. Every email response has been “nothing we can do at the moment.” I contacted the shipping service, and they stated the sender must reach out. This is because their site indicates that after 10 days of no updates, an investigation is warranted due to a likely lost parcel. Don’t even bother responding with the same excuses! Refund my money NOW.
