AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS I made a purchase on November 28th, and since December 4th, there has been no update on my parcel tracking. When I ordered, it was stated that delivery would occur in 3-4 business days. My parcel is still not moving, and I did not receive it by Christmas. I reached out to the seller multiple times, but it seems they did not communicate with the shipping service to address the issue. I've noticed other customers experiencing the same delay with the shipping, and the seller is doing nothing to resolve this ongoing problem. It's quite disappointing, especially since I bought based on a friend's recommendation.

Firstly, they provided incorrect or misleading information about stock arrival dates. They don’t respond to email requests, and there is no answer to phone calls or messages left. Absolute zero customer care. I emailed the office, and they replied quickly, directing me back to the store.
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE It seems I’m not alone in facing issues. I ordered an item that never arrived. There was a delivery issue due to an incorrect address, which resulted in no delivery. When I contacted customer service, I felt mocked. They claimed to have contacted the shipping service, but notifications indicated otherwise. Suddenly, my order was returned, and customer service had me fill out a form to contact the shipping service, but nothing happened. The next day, they acted as if nothing occurred, asking how they could assist. Ultimately, they said they couldn’t help and — as a ‘gesture of goodwill’ — would refund my money. WHAT???? This is utterly ridiculous. A “gesture of goodwill” for what? Legally, you must return my money.
ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! DON’T BUY!!!! You will not receive your parcel, and customer service is non-existent! I placed an order for over 300€ more than 2 weeks ago, and the shipping status hasn’t changed since then. Every email response has been “nothing we can do at the moment.” I contacted the shipping service, and they stated the sender must reach out. This is because their site indicates that after 10 days of no updates, an investigation is warranted due to a likely lost parcel. Don’t even bother responding with the same excuses! Refund my money NOW.
I placed an order for 300€ expecting to receive my items within a week as promised. Now, 20 days later, I still have no package. Clearly, the shipment was lost. Instead of resolving the issue, I received daily notifications from the courier falsely claiming I wasn’t home. Customer support initially refused to help. After a week, they replied, blaming the shipping service. The courier said they handed the parcel to another service, and now the seller is shifting blame again. No one is taking responsibility. Support has given no information on a refund or replacement. Currently, I am without a package and without my money. Shifting responsibility to the shipping service is unacceptable. Under EU consumer law, the seller is fully responsible for ensuring delivery.
They canceled my order without my consent. I have not received a refund, and it has been 5 days with no response from customer support. The bank cannot process a refund. I lost 70 £. This is an absolute scam. First and last time ordering from this terrible seller.
I purchased a shirt expecting premium quality. After just a few washes, the entire back print and fabric tore. When I reached out to customer service, their response was that nothing could be done since the shirt isn’t new, offering no compensation or explanation for the issue. It’s unacceptable for their products to fall apart so quickly. Even fast fashion lasts longer without problems. For a brand that claims to be “premium,” both product quality and customer care are a complete joke.
It appears you cannot reach customer support for general inquiries about products bought at their stores. I purchased two sweatpants from different locations, and when I emailed customer support regarding a quality issue, I was rudely directed to contact the stores directly. Neither store has provided a suitable resolution. It’s nonsensical to have a customer support email address that can’t assist with general questions. I used to like this brand, but if this is how they treat customers, I won’t spend any more money on them.
