I ordered a jacket, a notification says 'it was delivered at a neighbor'. My neighbors didn't receive anything. When I contact the company, they ask me to fill in a form for the delivery company, which will take up to 6 weeks. In the meantime they do not refund me my money or send me the jacket again. They have my money and I don't have a product. When I filled in the form, after 2 weeks they said it was not complete with the right tracking number. This only gives me a lot of work and stress. This is really not done for a company who profiles itself as a luxury company. I am really not happy with the service and this sort of scam! Don't order here. The company gives as reaction they are already in contact with me, but are not doing any effort for finding a quick solution. Worthless customer service!
