A product that I wanted to purchase came in stock, I bought it straight away and money was taken from my account. Then got an email saying the order was cancelled. It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't got my money back. When I contacted customer support they weren't apologetic at all and basically said they could do nothing. Poor form on so many levels.
