Do NOT buy anything from Wrstbhvr. I’ve ordered 3 items from their business and only two arrive. Customer service email neglects inquiries and demands but is only active on Instagram for advertising, which makes NO sense to me. They have the worst (more like nonexistent) customer service I’ve ever dealt with from online retailers. When you call them out for being irresponsible, the PR person on Instagram does not try to correct their behaviour and makes excuses that she’s been too busy and that it’s not her job. Okay, cool, except if you run the store, shouldn’t you get it sorted out and have people respond to customer service? Because honey, that is not how you run a business. Never buying anything from them ever again. They refunded me short of my money and did not include the taxes for my missing T-shirt. International buyers should stay away from Wrstbhvr.
