Hi, I bought a boiler from worten. Organising the delivery was extremely difficult, and confusing, with date changes and poor communication. However, worse was to come. The technician came to my house 1h before the designated time, when I was not there. My cousin, who doesn't speak Portuguese, tried to deal with it, with me on the phone. The technician didn't even take the boiler out of the box but said it was impossible to install because 1) we missed a piece that no one at any point in the process told us was needed, nor was there any information on the website, and 2) he said it wouldn't fit. Except out cupboard is 36.5vm, and the boiler was 35cm. So, then he charged my cousin 25€ for this process and went away. We were told we would get a refund. It is now 1 month later, and apparently the technician still has this boiler and worten will not refund me until he gives it back. So I have neither boiler, nor money and am missing around 700€. Customer service is terrible, as they just tell me there is nothing I can do. I am dealing with deco to try to make an official complaint and try to get my money back. The conclusion is, however, to never deal with this company again as they treat customers in an absolutely terrible way, and in effect, right now, have taken my money without providing any goods.
