I am incredibly frustrated! I used to be a loyal customer, purchasing all my home appliances from them, but that will change. I ordered a stroller a month ago that was promised to arrive within 2 days according to their website, yet it still hasn't shown up. Each time I visit the store or contact the support team, I'm told it's out of stock, and they keep assuring me of a refund. I've communicated with them at least six times and visited the store four times. No refund, no delivery, and I'm left without a stroller for my baby because they refuse to provide either! The customer support is absolutely terrible!

I'm facing issues with my dishwasher. The door has been falling open within just 2 years. I went to the store where I purchased it, and while they were helpful, the service department promised to call us in October 2025 but never did. I had to submit a service request again and still received no response by December 2025. I had a feeling they would let me down, and I should have repaired it myself from the start. The product is decent with good pricing, but the service is lacking.
We received the freezer within 2 days, and the refrigerator and washer also arrived promptly. However, do not order small items, like the couch cover we ordered over 2 weeks ago. One more star for the lesson learned. Everyone encourages me to order, but no one seems to care about delivery. It’s been 9 days without updates. I want to order a freezer but struggle to trust them after this experience. My last order hasn’t even been sent to the delivery company yet. Please, no generic replies; they are quite frustrating.
Avoid purchasing items like washing machines from this company. They don’t communicate about delivery, fail to install the machine, and leave the old one blocking the entrance. I requested a pickup and refund, and this has been my last consideration for any purchases.
I will never spend another cent here. I bought a full set of home appliances, and during installation, the technician found a dent on the oven right out of the box. When I requested a replacement, they claimed I missed the 48-hour window. How was I supposed to check for damages before moving in? The box was sealed until installation. Because of this, I decided to return all unopened items. They excel at selling but completely fail at customer support. Never again.
My product was never delivered. Customer service keeps saying they are trying to get the delivery address from the freight forwarder. The last message stated I need to pick it up myself from a storage facility 100 km away. This is unacceptable service.
I ordered a fridge with home delivery for November 17, and they were supposed to pick up my old one. I unplugged my old fridge to defrost, expecting delivery. Instead, it was postponed to the 19th due to ‘the street being too small.’ On the 19th, they needed an even smaller truck, and I never received a new delivery date. I had to call repeatedly for updates. Eventually, they said they couldn’t deliver at all, despite my payment for home delivery. I had to request a refund, losing the outlet price I originally paid. This is my second bad experience with their delivery service; I will not order large items from them again.
