I have allot of Worx tools, garden and home. Recently, my Wg186e trimmer was making a weird noise. Had for a couple of years. Great product. Mu go to for long grass. Called Amazon, just rude.Called Worx. What great service. Sent the receipt from Sept 22. Patrick in CS. so helpful, Oli also. I has mentioned I had all the nitro attachments also. Wasn't sure what to do, as Patrick said he didn't have the WG186 e anymore. Would replace with the new up to date one. Anyway, he told me to send the attachments back, with the proof of purchase. I did, all picked up by DPD. New trimmer arriving today. Worx is refunding the attachments at what I paid. Fantastic. I love worx tools. Great customer service, friendly, helpful.
