I purchased a string edger/trimmer from Worx and twice not the part that you would think is the least important has broken and you realize that without that piece the whole tool is useless. What is this piece, the little half inch razor blade that cuts the fishing line when it gets too long.The last time, Worx reacted correctly when they did not have the piece in stock and the sent me the whole assembly. This time, it's been over 4.5 months and they/I am still waiting for the piece. They offer nothing to get me anything that can work. Terrible customer service and even more terrible inventory control.I would not buy from this company again.
