Bought a Worx Landroid WR155E robot mower 3 years ago, never been any trouble until it was just out of its 3 years guarantee , mower kept saying wire missing , checked what I could to no avail ! thought I would ring Worx on the off chance they would help ?although as I said it was just out of guarantee ? The guy I spoke to was Ollie , he diagnosed what he thought was the problem and said he would send me a replacement charging station free of charge, still didn’t work! Rang them again and explained it didn’t work still, to my amazement they then posted me a new power box supply free on charge.I would just like to say this is a fantastic company to deal with & the customer service is unbelievably brilliant ! But also a big thank you to the members of staff I spoke to, who were so helpful ! Thank you Ollie , Patrick and Sean.Best Regards Peter Green
