Still waiting for refund after nearly 3 months is a disgrace.I purchased a power drill after which the charger stopped working and the drill was faulty. I was ask to return the drill for refund which I did on the 22nd May 2020. I have sent several emails requesting my refund and have not received it as of 24th August 2020. They always have some excuse or other why they haven’t sent the refund.
