I ordered my lashes on September 11 and still haven't received them. The latest tracking shows that the company used counterfeit postage, and delivery won't happen. The entire process has felt very shady. I'm requesting a full refund and will update on how that goes. I wanted to warn others and suggest being cautious when ordering from this company.
