This concept has potential, but the product is lacking. Despite following several tutorials, I find it difficult to apply. Even when I manage to get them on, they sit too far from the lash base, resulting in an unattractive look. I want to return them, but their return policy only allows for unopened and unused items. I would not recommend purchasing this product.

Delivery was fairly quick. All items, including the complimentary one, arrived intact. I appreciate how compact everything is. I've only tried them on briefly, but they are easy to use and quite comfortable once applied correctly. I find them less noticeable than glued lashes, and I love their appearance!
Initially, I thought this was the right choice for me after seeing their social media reviews. However, the quality does not justify the price; it's too high for what you actually receive. I ordered on the 7th, but they only arrived on the 22nd, which was quite a delay. Additionally, they aren't very comfortable to wear. I prefer traditional glue-on lashes.

I ordered my lashes on September 11 and still haven't received them. The latest tracking shows that the company used counterfeit postage, and delivery won't happen. The entire process has felt very shady. I'm requesting a full refund and will update on how that goes. I wanted to warn others and suggest being cautious when ordering from this company.

The working pair looks nice and is quicker to use than strip lashes, but the magnets are visible if you look closely. I wanted to love them, but they’re too natural for my taste. If you want something bolder, this product likely isn't for you.
I ordered my eyelashes on August 16, and now it's September 5. That's over 15 business days of waiting. The delivery status hasn't updated for 6 days, just showing it ready to deliver. They don’t respond to Instagram messages or emails. Only the delivery company has replied, but they don’t know what happened. I'm leaving the country soon, so if I don't receive them now, I never will. They are far too expensive for this kind of service.
