I ordered my eyelashes on August 16, and now it's September 5. That's over 15 business days of waiting. The delivery status hasn't updated for 6 days, just showing it ready to deliver. They don’t respond to Instagram messages or emails. Only the delivery company has replied, but they don’t know what happened. I'm leaving the country soon, so if I don't receive them now, I never will. They are far too expensive for this kind of service.
