The wrong date appeared on my itinerary. When I reached out to the customer service team to resolve it, everything went downhill. They placed me in a long queue for a callback that never happened. I spent hours trying to reconnect. After waiting through several queues, I finally managed to get through by staying on hold. When I did, they assured me everything was resolved. However, I soon discovered they were not truthful! They claimed to have contacted our accommodation, but upon arrival, the clerk confirmed they had not called, and the reservation was still incorrect. The clerk mentioned that there have been numerous mistakes with customers lately. They were very understanding and, despite the mix-up, accommodated us. AVOID this service! If you prefer a customer support team that is dishonest, then go ahead!
