The issue with ordering from this company is the delivery of hazel hurdles. I have placed four orders, and it has been really frustrating. My first order was for a framed hurdle, but I received an unframed one. They refunded the difference, but it was still inconvenient. I had to help the driver unload since two people are needed for these. As a woman in my 50s recovering from surgery, I should have been informed about this beforehand. They advertise delivery within 1-2 working days, and three of my four orders met this timeframe. However, I wasn’t notified of the delivery day until after 9 am on the actual day, which made planning difficult. You need to be home to receive the hurdles, but it felt like a gamble. They used a specific courier service for all my deliveries. For my subsequent orders, I timed my orders so my husband would be home, but I still faced issues. The hurdles were of okay quality but required some repair and assembly. I carefully placed my fourth order, expecting it to arrive on time, but it got delayed. I was given an automated response about the situation, but no further communication came throughout the day. Finally, on the last possible day, my order was marked as out for delivery, but it still didn’t arrive. I was very disappointed with the courier service, especially after paying a delivery fee. They need to improve their delivery communication. Although I received my order eventually, the experience has made me hesitant to order hurdles from them again.
