Ordering was easy but they need to address their delivery couriers. I ordered hazelnut hedge fencing and they were delivered damaged. The delivery driver didn’t even ring the bell to let us know they’d delivered them. They were sitting outside my gate when I discovered them. I emailed and they offered a discount but I didn’t have time to return them (which I would have had to pay for) as I had a landscaper coming to install them.
Also, the fence posts I ordered were delivered the same way, just left outside my gate with no alert to myself. The posts are different widths and are NOT STRAIGHT. So, once again I had to make do as I had a landscaper coming to fit them. One of the posts was bent but 20cm from bottom to top!
The company should have quality controls in place before sending out obviously faulty goods! Will not order from them again.
I needed a big planter for a climbing rose to grow over my ugly garage. I looked all over the place for something suitable. When I found this website and these lovely barrels, I knew it was right. I have bought one so far but will probably be buying more of different sizes.

The customer support team was responsive and helpful, but I would have appreciated more proactive communication regarding the order issues. Overall, it felt like I was over-promised and under-delivered, and there’s a need for better communication with their third-party suppliers. No additional compensation was provided beyond the refunds.

The issue with ordering from this company is the delivery of hazel hurdles. I have placed four orders, and it has been really frustrating. My first order was for a framed hurdle, but I received an unframed one. They refunded the difference, but it was still inconvenient. I had to help the driver unload since two people are needed for these. As a woman in my 50s recovering from surgery, I should have been informed about this beforehand. They advertise delivery within 1-2 working days, and three of my four orders met this timeframe. However, I wasn’t notified of the delivery day until after 9 am on the actual day, which made planning difficult. You need to be home to receive the hurdles, but it felt like a gamble. They used a specific courier service for all my deliveries. For my subsequent orders, I timed my orders so my husband would be home, but I still faced issues. The hurdles were of okay quality but required some repair and assembly. I carefully placed my fourth order, expecting it to arrive on time, but it got delayed. I was given an automated response about the situation, but no further communication came throughout the day. Finally, on the last possible day, my order was marked as out for delivery, but it still didn’t arrive. I was very disappointed with the courier service, especially after paying a delivery fee. They need to improve their delivery communication. Although I received my order eventually, the experience has made me hesitant to order hurdles from them again.
Unacceptable, dishonest, and deeply disappointing. I would advise against doing business with this company. Quotations are not honored, and when I recently tried to finalize an order for some rolls of chestnut palings, the price increased by more than 50%. I hope that relevant authorities will encourage this company to address their shortcomings.
