Poor customer service.I placed an order in January and was sent the wrong colour, when I contacted customer services to report this I was met with a generic response and had to return the product at my own cost. This was not my error so why should I have to be out of pocket to rectify the issue?It also appears that twice my reviews on the website have been removed.
