Poor customer service.
I placed an order in January and was sent the wrong colour, when I contacted customer services to report this I was met with a generic response and had to return the product at my own cost. This was not my error so why should I have to be out of pocket to rectify the issue?
It also appears that twice my reviews on the website have been removed.
I love this great small WOW aircraft case , its design feature of removable wheels and you can replace them when they get worn is such a great idea and extra space saver.I was so happy I showed my Freind and tipped it upon its end and I forgot to put in my cup holder ( oh dear ) another great idea but as we all know even though I did tip it over without putting back in it's closed position, this could easily happen in the hustle and bustle of traveling .It would have got 5 stars apart from the badly designed manufacturing of the cup holder and with a bit of extra thought this could have been made stronger .Can anyone from Wow brand advise how I get a replacement as I've had the case less than 12 hrs and I know you can replace the wheels but can you send me a link on how to replace your cup holder ?Such a shame this extra great idea was so badly designed ;( Great case apart from this cup holder !! brought a hard shell underseat case. Really well made and maximises the space available by having removable wheels. The little built in extras (cup and phone holder) are very useful for when you are sat at airports. Fast delivery and easy experience. Would recommend for cases in the future.
I bought three underseat carry-on bags from Wow Travel, and the experience was completely hassle-free. Delivery was very fast, and all three bags arrived well packaged and in perfect condition.The quality of the bags is really good. They feel well-made and better than many budget cabin bags. I especially like that the wheels can be removed from the carry-on, which makes it even more practical for different airlines and storage. The bags are lightweight, easy to manoeuvre, and fit perfectly under the seat for Ryanair.There were no issues at all with the company; everything went smoothly from start to finish, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. I would definitely recommend Wow Travel and would happily order from them again.

I ordered my case on 18th January and was given a tracking number on the 20th. The tracking did not update even after my delivery window. I contacted WOW on 26th via email (as per the order email) and received no response at all.Today, 28th I opened a chat on their website to be told they have been badly let down by their supplier, they have marked all easyjet cases as sold out on the website (they have not!) and they could give me a refund. The fact they knew they were having issues with their supplier and didnt take any initiative to contact their customers as well as ignoring emails asking for an update, is very very poor customer service. I was looking forward to this case for my holiday next week, now I have to search for another case that meets my needs at short notice and hope it arrives in time. There was n offer to let me know when the cases are available again and no offer of a discount on a future purchase for their poor service..... i dont want to stay steer clear, but your customers are your base and should be kept up to date as a minimum
