I ordered my case on 18th January and was given a tracking number on the 20th. The tracking did not update even after my delivery window. I contacted WOW on 26th via email (as per the order email) and received no response at all.Today, 28th I opened a chat on their website to be told they have been badly let down by their supplier, they have marked all easyjet cases as sold out on the website (they have not!) and they could give me a refund. The fact they knew they were having issues with their supplier and didnt take any initiative to contact their customers as well as ignoring emails asking for an update, is very very poor customer service. I was looking forward to this case for my holiday next week, now I have to search for another case that meets my needs at short notice and hope it arrives in time. There was n offer to let me know when the cases are available again and no offer of a discount on a future purchase for their poor service..... i dont want to stay steer clear, but your customers are your base and should be kept up to date as a minimum
