I have purchased a voucher for a holiday and have a finite window to redeem. However, I have forgotten my password. The password reset link is faulty and keeps sending me back to the homepage before I can reset.
I have spent all day messaging on WhatsApp and email and just keep being sent the reset email link. The AI system is deeply frustrating and cannot understand this simple problem.
Why can I not talk to a human being who can help me resolve this. I have spent a significant amount of money that I cannot now redeem. Absolutely shocking customer service process causing unnecessary customer stress and detriment. Will not be using Wowcher again.
