Bought Spotify offer through Wowcher. Turns out the merchant is selling pre-logged accounts that default to outside UK. I was unable to login and chose to cancel within 2 days of paying for the deal. Under the 14 day cooling off, I was entitled to a refund yet, the merchant has ignored my emails and my complaint to Wowcher is met with 'wait 3 days' messages. 10 days on I still have no refund and Wowcher are doing nothing to resolve. Their WhatsApp help is automated and useless. No way of speaking to anyone at Wowcher. Appalling customer service Emailed the merchant 5 times last week after Wowcher said my voucher had been redeemed which it hadn't been. The merchant refused to reply to my emails and Wowcher know this. The merchant is also based in France according to info supplied by Wowcher. Wowcher failing to abide by 14 day cooling off period. Absolutely disgraceful
