I have booked a holiday to Budapest for two. When I was booking It mentioned that £300 for 3 nights in a 4 star hotel. I called the Travel crew company to book the tickets because confirmation receipt mentioned that travel company will call me in 2 days but they didn't call me so I had to call them. They said the person who's coordinating this will call me but they didn't call me. After 4 days I called the travel company and they tried to book my holiday package but they asked me extra money for the package. That's not what I agreed when I purchased this package. When I ask refund from them they said it's up to Wowcher. I tried to contact Wowcher but they don't have any phone number so I WhatsApp them but they didn't even reply my message.Wowcher is scamming people and don't ever book Wowcher holiday packages. You will be a victim and regret for sure. Please tell your family and friends about Wowcher scam and there is Facebook group called WOWCHER RIP OFF. If you join that group you'll see how many people got scammed and became a victim. If someone working for Law and Order please contact me I'm happy provide details about WOWCHER SCAM and I can contact other people who's became a Victim of this CRIME.I NEED MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK.
