Ordered an item with Wowcher and purchased an additional item . Neither have been delivered and Wowcher have been useless in assisting and despite trying to explain that both items haven't been delivered they couldn't seem to deal with it leaving me without the items and the cost . They were advert calanders so have now made it too late to get alternatives . Would not use again They have answered asking if I can provide more information but what more can I provide . I have given all the information and still not received the items x 2 or any refund . Disgusting , no help at all
