I purchased 1 beauty boxes on wowcher, when they arrived, 1 of thr boxes were damaged as a bottle of hair oil had opened and spoilt all o er the box and other products. After contacting woucher they told me to email the company,I sis this and waited 72 hours for a reply, I then emailed them again and still no reply. I contacted Wowcher, they contacted the company and after 7 days, they asked me to return the box. I said I was not returning the box as that would cost me to do so. Wowcher then came back to me and offered me a credit which I accepted. 5 stars 🌟 to the customer service at wowcher
