My daughter bought me A wowcher for Christmas & it was very difficult to get it directed to myself as she had bought it ! I tried to redeem the voucher & found someone else had redeemed it .. a willhadamalo who has got it … nothing whatsoever to. do with myself and my daughter .. So he has 12 months YouTube premium thanks to us! Trying to get anyone to respond and help us is proving impossible ! DO NOT BY XMAS PRESENTS it's not worth it you may lose your money !!!! Maybe Wowcher customer Service may want to respond to this ??
