I placed an order for 6 Radiator Covers on the same order which looked like free delivery and when I came to redeem the order I have to do it 6 times and pay delivery fees 6 times for each radiator cover. I tried to email, webchat and whatsapp to resolve the problem but got no response from any of the methods.When the covers came they were NOT the size I ordered so I had to refuse delivery and the issue is still outstanding. I am happy to remove this review and leave a positive one if my covers get sent and fit my radiators as eventually after my trust pilot review I did get contacted and offered free delivery.
