I purchased a Spotify Premium voucher through Wowcher, only to receive login details that were later deactivated. After contacting Spotify, I was told the seller (software news or software something) is not an authorised reseller, meaning I was effectively scammed. It’s even more concerning that this same deal is still being sold on Wowcher and other platforms, causing many people to fall for the same issue.I want this escalated immediately. I expect a full refund and an explanation of how an illegitimate deal was allowed to be advertised in the first place, as well as what steps will be taken to prevent this happening to others.Update* Since contacting both reseller and spotify, also wowcher, the issue has not been resolved and confirmed my suspicions of scam. Spotify clearly informed this software company are not authorised reseller and selling used and shared accounts. The software company replied that the issue is on spotify end, and wowcher advised to contact reseller which i did and clearly no resolution in the horizon. Very frustrating and disappointing.
