I was not aware that my wowcher credit had a 3 month useby date. I therefore feel as though I have been robbed with no reminders or any form communication to make customers aware of this. I have contacted customer service however the only response they have provided so far is to send me a link to their t&cs and stated they cannot do anything. The amount of money wowcher must make from unsuspecting customers having money stolen is disgraceful. 3 months is not a suitable amount of time, there was nothing I had really wanted which is why the credit was not spent. I was hoping to use it to redeem towards xmas presents. The cost of living crisis is hard enough to navigate without sneaky retailers stealing from customers. Exceptionally disappointed.
