Wowcher are being used by scam companies to sell bad and faulty products. You get limited info to contact the company, in my case just an email address. After reading reviews and finding the company cloud 9yn is selling bad and faulty beds and seem to leave a lot of customers without refunds i decided to try to cancel my order. I got an email saying they can't. After that I have had no replies at all from this scam company. Last nightbthe delivery driver attempted to deliver the bed, to which i had already contacted them 3 times ro tell them not to deliver this. He tried his best to get me to take the bed. Im sure that guy is linked to the company. He tried and tried and I kept telling him I did not want this. He wanted me to explain why, I told him I changed my mind and he wasn't satisfied again trying to get me to take the bed. He eventuallynkeft saying I will get a refund. Still no answer from the bed company. Trying to contact wowcher, that's the wow in wowcher. Almost impossible, and ai chat bot answers. Eventually someone comes back to you after a day or two, answers you and you try to reply to them, to go back to the chat bot again. Sorry but this level of customer service is unacceptable and to be told because you have used your voucher, it's now between you and the scam company. Sorry wowcher, you are involved in this up to your neck. You advertise them and you need to refund me. Because they do not respond
