You have carried out ZERO due diligence on Cloud 9yn so you are as culpable as this scam company. My review remains.Woucher is supposed to do due diligence on sellers but seems quite happy to allow and fully validate Cloud 9YN who send beds out that are appalling quality and nothing like as described. Cloud 9YN is a scam company whose CEO is now on his 9th company with Companies House with many previous ones being compulsory strike offs. Woucher backs this company and not the customer and you will not get a refund in line with the consumer protection act 2015. Woucher will just keep sending you automated stock replies on WhatsApp. Please save your money and sanity and avoid like the plague.
