They had some Frankie & Benny’s meal deals so bought a few, no problems. Then I had money in my wallet, never had this before so unsure how it really works, so I tried to purchase another meal deal and for whatever reason my wallet money didn’t come off the bill, so I still paid for it and lost my £20 wallet money, got in touch with customer support, long story short, they were less than useless, lost £20 and they are not prepared to apply this money back into my wallet. So I will be using this last meal deal then deleting the app. Should have learnt from past experiences really but I didn’t!
