I redeemed a watch, heard nothing else. I spent 3 weeks ill with covid, so last thing on my mind. I eventually contacted them, what a nightmare that is, you have to talk to a virtual chat. 4 days later I received an WhatsApp message saying they are not going to refund my money. So I have no watch and no money, is that not theft. I am not having to look into taking them to a small claims court, I have just started the process. How many other people's money have they stolen? Customer service is a diabolical shambles.
