Received a gift via a Wowcher deal to redeem for a 2 course meal for two at Birmingham Hyatt Regency.Made my reservation and received an email from Wowcher for Booking Confirmation of date and time at the restaurant.On arrival at the venue I found a private corporate function in full swing and the hotel telling me that a booking made with Wowcher is them only and not with the actual place so I was unable to have the meal as the reservation was not actually made.Rediculous dysfunctional organisation.
