Bought 2 phones through wowcher (ordered 3 days ago 15.11.25), both cancelled by the supplier. Extremely difficult to speak / make contact with anyone in the company. I want a full refund back to my supplied method of payment, not credit or a voucher. I’m posting this in hopes of finally getting a proper investigation, resolution, & full refund. This is not acceptable customer service, and I don’t want anyone else to be put in this situation.
