I purchased a Wowcher voucher for a 2-day Berlin trip and followed all instructions, including redeeming the voucher within 48 hours. What Wowcher doesn’t make clear is that once you redeem, you lose your right to a refund, even if the holiday is never actually booked. After redeeming, I was contacted by their travel partner, The Travel Makers, who offered completely unsuitable flight times unless I paid extra for an upgrade. I agreed and paid for the better times, and then the communication stopped. I have never received any booking confirmation, flights, or holiday details from The Travel Makers.I’ve contacted both companies repeatedly. The Travel Makers have ignored all messages, and Wowcher simply keeps telling me to “take it up with the merchant” and claiming the trip is “confirmed” - even though I have zero proof of any booking, no itinerary, no flight details, nothing.I feel completely let down by Wowcher. They took my money, passed me to a partner who has gone silent, and refuse to take responsibility despite being the platform I purchased through.I’m posting this in hopes of finally getting a proper investigation, resolution, & full refund. This is not acceptable customer service, and I don’t want anyone else to be put in this situation.
