The order process was completely mishandled—from taking the order to later requesting a separate delivery payment, which was never communicated upfront. The delivery service itself has been unacceptable.Despite multiple requests to cancel my order, the delivery was still carried out. I clearly stated that I no longer required the item and therefore refused to accept it upon arrival.I am requesting a full refund for both the delivery charge and the mattress payment, as my cancellation notice had already been communicated to all parties involved.
