I bought a disney package through wowcher. The flight times were atrocious, giving us 30 hours in paris for a 2 night stay, due to the flight times. Our flight on day 1 arrived past midnight, any other flight times would incure a supplement near or over the price of the holiday. I asked for my money back or to exchange my bouhcer but was refused as to see flight times you have to redeem a voucher and now i have had to pick a date in midweek february instead of seeing disney in the winter wonderland at an extra £138 just so i dont lose my money even though nothing was booked and i can still book those dates cheaper through wowcher right now. When i told the travel company wowcher use i wanted a refund as i didn't want to pay a supplement they tils em my only option would be to pick a different holiday with them
