I paid £270 for a laptop and after reading all the reviews I decided to get my money back as I am still well within the legal 14 day cool off period for any contract or purchase. I need the money back for my son’s birthday gift which has taken me a while to save as a single mother. Also with 3 children and Christmas round the corner it is not a good time for me to be £270 down. Wowcher have not refunded me & as reported by many others the only customer service is on watsap (AI) and is not answered often. I’m not just disappointed I am devastated that I will not be able to get my son’s birthday present unless they refund me within the next week.
