I ordered 2 mystery boxes, thinking that it would be similar to social media reels where a mystery box has several items in that have either been returned, or no longer wanted. What a sham. It was just 1 item. A blue tooth speaker that is worth £7.49 at Ebay. I paid £9.99 for the mystery box. Im disgusted. Why reply that you can return it within 14 days, then add but you cant return a mystery box. You should not be having a go at consumers, you should be reviewing the suppliers and act accordingly. Check out this company's reviews on trust pilot. Perhaps you will get a better understanding where the problem lies.
