I bought a voucher from Wowcher on 3rd November and redeemed it immediately. The supplier was Home Online Stores Ltd, who i apparently have a contract with. Delivery was scheduled on or before 7th November, but I have received nothing from the supplier, complete silence , despite two emails. Having checked the companies reviews on Trustpilot and Google, they are shocking , the vast majority rating them one star, most wishing they could award a 0.I believe that Wowcher have a duty to their customers and subscribers to do due diligence on their supplier's and partners.Instead of causing them problems and frustration, no contact , and no delivery . Selecting incompetent suppliers shows a complete lack of repect to their customers.
