I ordered a lap top on 9/11/2025 and paid for next day delivery we are now four days late, no communication, even though Wowcher says they have, they only wrote to say wait 72 hours!!! well I have and nothing they have not contacted me since despite messaging them, and still no refund of the next day delivery.Wowcher take your money and then do not deliver and treat customers with contemptBeware of this company and look else where.The Wowcher response is 100% untrue it is an outright lieThey have not spoken to me, a call would be very welcome!I paid Wowcher a next day delivery fee which they totally ignore, this should be refunded because I paid for a delivery for 10/11. The supplier texted me after four days of texts and emails telling me that yesterday they sent it via Royal Mail and sent a tracking number, the royal Mail state they do not have it. The supplier Renewable electronics was dissolved on Companies House in 2015, so how can they trade???It would eb useful if Trust Pilot would allow a way to reply to the company response. Wowcher are disgraceful
