After my reply from Wowcher on the 22nd of October on this page, there has still been no contact from them. I have since tried to contact them on numerous occasions, please avoid this company by all meansRecently purchased a holiday to Malta, the third party company got in touch and demanded further money would have to be paid to secure a direct flight. The only flight they offered meant a waiting time to/from in an airport for 6 hours plus which would have meant I would miss the four nights I had paid for. I immediately asked to cancel the purchase(within five hours of buying). I have since contacted wowcher almost daily to get a refund and am still waiting a response and had to buy the flights/hotel separately saving about 50% Do not buy a holiday voucher under any circumstance from this companyEditDeleteShareReply from Wowcher22 Oct 2025Sorry to hear that - I have chased the merchant for you.
